Here is the recipe of yummy Moong dal kachori recipe :
Ingredients ( will make around 30 -40 kachoris )
Masala:
1 bowl moong dal
4 spoons Besan
Oil for tadka (approximately 4 table spoon)
A pinch of hing
1 table spoon saunf
1 tspoon whole coriander seeds
1 and a half tspoon red chilli powder
1 table spoon garam masala
1 tspoon amchur powder
1 tspoon whole coriander seeds

Kachori:
1 tspoon sugar

250 gm maida
2 table spoon oil
salt - According to taste.2 table spoon oil

- Soak the moong dal in water for 3-4 hours. Par boil the moong dal. Drain the water once boiled.
- Bring oil to heat and give tadka with saunf and coriander seeds and hing. Add Besan and roast it, then add moong dal, amchur powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. If u have mint powder u can add it too to enhance the taste.
- Add salt and sugar and oil to maida and make a dough like chapati dough.
- Make small pooris and add the cooled moong dal masala and close the poori with ur hands.
- Expand it gently with ur hand and then with a rolling pin, roll it two three times with light pressure.
- Heat the oil in kadhai and put the kachori and deep fry it for 20 to 25 minutes on medium flame until its light brown in color and it pops up round like a poori.
- After it cools, you can make the kachori chaat with corinader chatni, tamarind chatni, curd, chat masala, chopped onions, sev, green coriander leaves, sprouted moong and boiled potatoes too.
